Shipping Policies
Orders less then $250.00 are calculated on a cost per pound regardless of zone.
Orders of $250.00 or more will not use this chart; they will be calculated based on zip code.
Best TV Products Online's shipping method allows you to know your shipping cost of any product regardless of it destination zip code.
The calculation works as follows: the weight of the product multiplied by the cost per pound,
plus a flat fee per order of $5.95 for UPS orders, or $3.95 for US Mail.
There is a minimum total per order cost of $6.95.
In Example: 1 lb x .83 = .83, plus A flat fee of $5.95 = $6.78,
so in this case the minimum of $6.95 would apply.
Here is another example, 5 products are ordered totaling 10 lbs.
The calculation would be 10 x .83 = $8.30 + $5.95 fee = $14.25.
US Mail must be used for all US territories outside of the 48 states, and all PO Box addresses.
All parcels will be shipped with tracking or delivery confirmation numbers.
Current Ground Rates: UPS = .83 per LB, US Mail = 1.50 per pound

Returns Policy
Defective Product Returns
Return/Exchange Instructions:
We offer a 30-day Defect Free Guarantee. If you receive a defective item
we will exchange it for 30 full days from the date of delivery. Defective
merchandise will be replaced with another like product upon return of the
defective product being received at our warehouse.
1. You must obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA#)
prior to returning any item. RMA’s are available online 24/7 online or you may
fax your return request to 604-876-3966.
2. Once you have received an RMA#, you may send the product to us at
your expense. Our warehouse will not accept a collect or C.O.D. return. We
will ship you a replacement at our expense applicable within the continental
USA only, sales outside of the continential USA are non-returnable. The
issuing of an RMA DOES NOT guarantee exchange. We reserve the right to inspect
the product and determine cause. If it is not a manufacturer's defect, then we
will not issue a replacement.
3. Best TV Products Online reserves the right to refuse any return that
does not have an RMA # on the box. If we do accept a return with NO RMA there
will be an additional $5.00 processing fee.
4. All defective returns must be shipped to Fulfillment Center, 2088
Lake Ave SE, Ste A, Largo, FL 33771 except those products that have a
manufacturer's warranty.*
5. *Many products may have Manufacturer's Warranties. Please review the
product description details for more information. If a manufacturer's warranty
applies, then please follow the instructions provided with the warranty and
deliver direct to the manufacturer or contact the manufacturer for

Customer Satisfaction Guarantee
We offer a 14-day Customer Satisfaction Guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your purchase you may return the product for a refund for a full 14 days from the date of delivery.
1. You must obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA#) prior to returning any item. RMA's are available 24/7 online or you may fax your return to 604-876-3966

Return E-mail Instructions
1. In the "e-mail address" field please type in your e-mail address.
2. In the "comments" field please supply the following information:
a)Your invoice number if available
b)The product you are returning including the item number.
c)The reason for return. Please be specific.
